Implementing massage therapy is an excellent medicinal approach to resolving limitations that impact the quality of our daily living activities. Pain has the power to overwhelm our lives, when we should be enjoying the essence of it.

Our team leader Sheila has over 10 years expertise as a licensed Massage Therapist and previously a nurse throughout the Lake County region for 13 years.
